Before starting in development, Coleman began his architectural career in the studios of modernist icons I.M. Pei and Araldo Cossutta, and later held senior development responsibilities at Tamarkin Co. This progression—from architecture to development—defines his approach: uniting design precision with strategic, market-driven thinking.

Drawing on decades of experience and well-founded connections across the New York City real estate development community, Coleman brings together the people, processes, and precision required to execute complex projects successfully.
